课程描述:
遗传学实验是海德学院生物技术专业、海洋生命学院生物科学、生物技术、强基计划生物科学专业,国家生命科学与技术人才培养基地等本科学生的必修课程和生态学专业本科学生的选修课程。本课程与遗传学理论课程配套开设。课程的主要内容包括:经典遗传学实验(果蝇培养,果蝇的雌雄鉴别,突变性状的观察,果蝇染色体制片、基因分离定律,自由组合定律,连锁与交换定律、以及伴性遗传)、细胞遗传学实验(减数分裂、核型分析)、微生物遗传学实验(粗糙链孢霉的四分子分析),等等。通过本课程的学习,使学生掌握遗传学实验的基本原理和方法,熟悉各种实验仪器设备的基本原理及使用方法。本课程的目标是使学生具备实验设计、实施、数据处理和总结报告的综合能力,培养学生对遗传学的兴趣、开拓意识和创新能力。
Genetics experiment is a required course for undergraduate students at Haide College (majoring in biotechnology) and College of Marine Life Sciences (majoring in biology and biotechnology). It is optional for undergraduate students majoring in ecology at College of Marine Life Sciences. This course is affiliated to the course of Genetics. The main contents of the course include: classical genetics experiments (culture of Drosophila, identification of male and female Drosophila, observation of mutant traits of Drosophila, chromosome preparing, the law of independent gene separation, recombination, linkage and exchange, and sex-linkage inheritance), cytogenetics experiments (meiosis observation and karyotype analysis of plants), and microbial genetics experiments (tetramolecular analysis of Streptomyces crassa). Through the studying of this course, students can master the basic principles and methods of genetic experiments, and the skills to use various experimental instruments and equipment. The goal of this course is to equip students with comprehensive abilities of experimental design, implementation, data analysis, and summary reporting, as well as to cultivate their curiosity, pioneering consciousness, and innovative ability in genetics.
