  Marine Bioresources and Processing Engineering is the core course of food science and engineering. This course mainly introduces the technical principles of deep processing and efficient utilization of major nutrients such as proteins, lipids and polysaccharides in Marine biological resources and active ingredients with clear structural functions, as well as the industrial production technology and product quality control technology of major deep processing products.
