数学软件是数学理论与计算机技术相结合的产物,它为运用计算机解决现代科学领域中所提出的数学问题提供求解手段。数学软件又是组成许多其他应用软件的基本构件。常用的数学软件有:MATLAB、Mathematica、Maple、Python、R、Lingo等。学习使用数学软件不仅可以调高学生运用数学知识和计算机技术解决实际问题的能力,也可以提高学习数学的积极性,提高学生对数学的应用意识。

不同于传统的数学教学,本课程强调以学生动手为主的学习方式,针对低年级数学类专业学生开设。课程内容包括三种常用软件的介绍:MATLAB、Python、Excel,并注重对学生进行数学建模方法的基本训练。通过学习,学生能够利用这些方法对实际问题进行建模、分析和求解,提升对应用数学的理解。
