课程描述：

本课程是生命科学强基班的必修实践课程，围绕细胞生物学理论课程的教学内容并结合细胞生物学领域的科研进展，开设细胞的形态观察、细胞的化学、生理学和细胞工程等四个模块的实验课程。通过线上线下混合式学习，使学生在学习和掌握细胞器的分离和观察、细胞组织和化学染色、细胞培养、细胞凋亡检测等细胞生物学实验技术的过程中，基础实验技能和动手能力得到提高，实验设计、结果分析、实验报告撰写等综合能力得到系统的训练和提高。

This course is a compulsory course for the students of life science. Combining the teaching program of theoretical course of cell biology and the scientific research progress in cell biology, 10 experimental courses divided in 4 modules of observation of cellular morphology, cytochemistry, physiology and cell engineering will be offered, including confirmatory, comprehensive and demonstrative experiments. Through the online and offline study of the course, the students may improve their skill and operational ability in basic experiments and get systematic training and improvement of their comprehensive capability of experiment design, result analysis and experiment report writing in course of learning and mastering the cell biological experiment technics such as separation and observation of organelle, cell tissue and chemical dying, cell culture, cell fusion, and cell apoptosis.
