Notice on Matters Related to the Labor Day Holiday in 2023

All teachers and students of the College:

In accordance with the University's Notice on Holidays for the 2023 Ching Ming Festival, Labour Day and Dragon Boat Festival and Related Matters, and taking into account the actual situation of the College, we hereby notify the following arrangements for holidays for the 2023 Labour Day and related matters:

I. Timetable

The school will be closed from Saturday, April 29 to Wednesday, May 3 for a total of 5 days. 23 April (Sunday) will be held on a biweekly basis, and 6 May (Saturday) will be held on a biweekly basis.

II. Relevant requirements

(1) Comprehensively grasp the work of campus security and stability

We must conscientiously implement the requirements of the relevant deployment of campus security and stability, conduct a major campus security inspection before the holidays, investigate and rectify safety hazards in dormitories, classrooms, offices and other areas and densely populated places, and do a good job of security management covering all areas with emphasis on fire safety, food safety and water and electricity safety. Improve self-protection, pay attention to personal life safety, traffic safety, internet fraud, etc.

(2) Do a good job in preparing for emergency duty

In accordance with the College's duty arrangements, do a good job on duty during the holidays. Duty officers should strictly abide by the duty discipline, keep the communication open, and in case of emergencies and major incidents, they must report in a timely manner as required to ensure that the incidents are properly handled.
