1) The separation, purification and structure identification of functional factors of marine food, the laws of digestion, absorption and metabolism, the structure-activity relationship and the mechanism of action provide a theoretical basis for the proposal of nutritional strategies to promote health and prevent related diseases;

2) Steady state maintenance and delivery of nutritional efficacy factors;

3) Research and development of marine nutritious and healthy food.
